High intensity development exercises in small groups. This helps develop individual skills combined with real game situations and off-ice workouts that focus on strengthening coordination.
We have put together training programs that achieve the intensive development of players in the most ambitious way. We have to highlight that international experience and a long playing history helped us create our training courses. The additional services we offer are essential for players and uniquely complement our training sessions. We are the only ones in Hungary that offer such a wide selection of the best professional support on the road to pro hockey.
Ice hockey is a complex sport, in which development requires, among others, a lot of diligence on the part of the players. In addition, within the framework of our mentor program we track the development curve of players and also provide players the opportunity to demonstrate their talent at drafts. We send our talents to foreign academies and colleges specializing in ice hockey. Our goal is for the players participating in our mentoring program to reach the highest possible level in hockey regardless of age group.
We devise a personalized training plan for our players that covers every single detail of hockey. Focusing on individual skills, we further develop the strengths of the players during training sessions and support the areas necessary for development with the most effective training. With regular training and a conscientious approach, our players can bring out the best in themselves, while we provide a world-class training program.
A calm and happy harmony needs to be found between family, school and sports in the lives of young talents. In addition, the player and their family have to make many small and big decisions in order for their career to head in the right direction. We can help you draw on the careers of our successful professional players and show you what alternatives each decision consists of through the example of a variety of decisions. Having reached the level of an elite athlete, the support of the family can be a catalyst for results, it is a true part of success
In addition to a great deal of work and professional challenges, the organized, planable financial background also helps achieve results. Talented athletes not only land offers from teams, but also find sponsorship and financial opportunities. We help you navigate these, strive to set steady and predictable career milestones for our players.
It is perhaps in this particular area that it is possible to experience the most significant shift in sport. Players face numerous mental challenges, which cannot be solved by physical and technical training alone. Sports psychological support is also needed. We offer consultations at the highest level for our players, as well as the opportunity to sit down and think together with specialists specializing in sports.

What parents have to say
With 12 years of experience as a hockey parent and "personal insight" into youth hockey in Sweden and America, in my opinion Attila is a well- prepared person with a professional attitude who plans, prepares and performs his work at a high level. In order for the guys to approach or reach the international level, what they get from him is very necessary. Our son, Levi, was quite straightforward after their first meeting and said: "he's a good coach. I haven't been so tired for a long time". I am sure that all of Attila"s activities in the field of hockey will be successful and of a high standard and I trust that Levi will have more opportunities to visit his training sessions in the future.

Attila is not only an excellent teacher, but also an ambitious coach. It brings out the potential in my child. His training sessions would be just as valuable professional training sessions in serious hockey nations. He motivates properly, my son is constantly developing with him. What is special during his trainings is that he passes on the experience he gathered during his professional years to the kids. Seeing Attila loves hockey, he also likes to teach our girls.
Bence Czabafy
At the age of 9, my son from one day to next said that he would rather play ice hockey than soccer. So, we started going to training in March without any skating skills. To U8 after 2 weeks straight out of hockey school, to U10 a month later, then to U12 after moving up one age group in May. Despite all Beni's will and effort, he was clearly lagging behind and the summer season beckoned. I was looking for a coach who could work with Beni at his own pace, in a smaller group. One of the coaches recommended Attila, although when I saw Attila's hockey career, to tell you the truth I was scared to pick up the phone. I was afraid that Beni's level would not be enough for these professional training sessions. That’s not the way it turned out. Orbi is an empathetic, super communicative coach. He immediately finds the right tone with children, recognizes specific needs extremely well, motivates with strict discipline and at the same time in a fatherly manner and is impressively able to bring those children who want to improve to the level of professionals. The atmosphere of the training sessions is simply super. My son is real fan of him and would be at every training session if he could
A Hockey Parent
Owing to Attila's player history, he is also capable of passing on knowledge that may be useful at the start of a professional career. I find his patience towards children impressive. This is not what you would expect based on his history.
Ferenc Karsai
My son cried after his first Orbi training session. He had taken part in many hockey trainings, had been put to the test before, but this was something different. Fatigue, a whole lot of new activities, the speed of the "big guys", that was simply what brought the best out of him. We tried, but this is not yet the right level for him, I thought and reassured him that we would not go again. How could I have thought that after a year of playing hockey in such a complex, high-quality training session, in the company of so many talented players, my sensitive (only) child would feel at ease. He surprised me when he calmly said when we returned home: we will go again next time. He doesn't mind being the smallest, if he's the slowest. He wants to be there at Orbi's master trainings and play hockey like the others.

Peti has been going to Attila Orbán’s trainings for a year and a half, to special training sessions at least once a week. And what is he learning? To play hockey, has on-ice and off-ice trainings, stick technique, shooting training, skating technique and tactical training. And he also learns what it's like to be a hockey player. Not only training, but also education, education to become a hockey player, how to behave on the rink, in the locker room and outside, what to eat in general before, during and after matches and training, and all the things you need to pay attention to. To be determined and brave, to not be afraid of challenges, to take risks wisely and to be persistent. To focus on studies alongside training. Talent is not only nurtured by a lot of training, but also by studying and doing schoolwork. We, his parents, also see that he is an increasingly open child, that he has more self-confidence both on and off the rink; to be loved and respected by his teammates and classmates. I think he is well on his way to possibly even becoming a hockey player one day.
Dr Péter Lassán
Attila engages in the development of children in a highly complex way, adjusted to their level of skills and stage of physical development. He always gives practical advice, tips that are priceless during the fun and vibrant training sessions he holds. He explains why they doing what, how it will help on the rink, during matches clearly, in an easy-to- follow way in each activity, exercise. He strives to pass on the attitude towards life that made him so successful with a keen sense for children. And the main thing is that that my son loves going to his training sessions, because he has a good time, has to work hard and feels that this has a beneficial impact on his development.
